Effective Immediately Upon Submission of Your Signup Form.
By signing up as an affiliate for Learning4You, a division of Requeza, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Learning4You,” “we,” or “us”), you (the “Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in our affiliate program.
1. Enrollment and Participation
By applying to the Learning4You Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Promote Learning4You’s courses, webinars, materials, and products in an ethical, professional manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and marketing standards.
2. Commission and Payment
- Affiliates will earn a commission based on successful referrals as detailed in the affiliate portal or prior verbal agreements with us.
- A successful referral is one that results in a completed sale or paid membership as attributed to your Affiliate ID or Account. The sale must not be canceled, refunded, or likewise result in zero earned money.
- Payments will be made on a monthly or quarterly basis once the agreed upon threshold amount is met, subject to compliance with these terms.
3. Termination
Learning4You reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason or cause, without prior notice. Upon termination:
- All promotional rights will cease immediately.
- Any pending commissions will be forfeited if termination results from a violation of these terms.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Either party shall provide written notice to the other party outlining the nature of the dispute.
- The parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions.
- If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to a neutral, third-party mediator of mutual agreement. Any costs associated with mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Learning4You’s marketing materials solely for promotional purposes.
- Affiliates may not alter, copy, or misrepresent any proprietary content provided by Learning4You.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use deceptive or unethical marketing tactics.
- Bid on Learning4You’s trademarked terms in pay-per-click campaigns without written approval.
- Engage in activities that could harm Learning4You’s reputation or violate applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Learning4You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Modifications
Learning4You reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for the Learning4You Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
